This is a quaint garden apartment with a landscape view from all the rooms with a separate entrance from the main house. The apartment is new construction with a full queen bed in the master bedroom with a Murphy couch that turns into a queen bed. This modern space has a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave, dish washer and washer/dryer in the apartment. Our guest will have access to a newly constructed shared garden with a fire pit and outdoor Weber or Traeger BBQ pits.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />My husband and I designed the space, providing details and amenities that we would like when we travel - comfortable and soft linens and towels, natural soaps and cleaning sprays. <br /><br />Our location is a 3 min walk to Peet's Coffee and Lucky's Supermarket. We are 1 mile from Stonestown Shopping center which has a new Whole Foods Market, Trader Joe’s and Target. The beach and SF Zoo as well several pro golf courses are within a mile. Plenty of street parking. Easy access to MUNI.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The apartment has first access to our shared yard, where we have a fire pit and multiple BBQs.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />The backyard is a shared space, where you may see one or all three dogs.
