Make this inviting retreat the heart of your next unforgettable vacation!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our rental space includes 4 bedrooms (3 in the main part of the home and 1 adjoining studio) that can accommodate up to 10 people (1 king bed, 2 queens, and 2 full size beds), as well as a sofa bed, and 1 queen size airbed (available upon request).<br /><br />There are 3 en suite bathrooms with showers that include towels, body/hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner for your convenience. There is also a half bathroom accessible to the common area.<br /><br />The kitchen is stocked with basic supplies for cooking and food preparation (pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, etc.), and offers ample space in the refrigerator and cabinet pantry for storing food during your stay. It also includes a microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee makers (drip and single-serve), blender, toaster oven, and other kitchen appliances to make your stay as comfortable as possible.<br /><br />The adjacent dining area is bright and airy and has been the setting for many delicious meals, lively conversations, and meaningful bonding moments between friends and family. <br /><br />The lanai is set up with a patio table and chairs, as well as a daybed for lounging in the afternoon sun while taking in the stunning view of the Kona coast and its spectacular sunsets!<br /><br />* This Airbnb home is hosted. Therefore, one area of the house is separate from the rest, does not share any common areas with the main house, and is not accessible to guests.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Our guests will have access to the entire home as well as the front and back yards.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />The home is set up with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, washer & dryer with laundry detergent, and beach towels available for use during your stay. It also includes smart TVs in the living room, primary bedroom, studio, kitchen, and den that can be used to connect to any of the streaming TV services that you are subscribed to (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.). It also has split AC units in the living room and each bedroom for cooling down on warmer days. The home is located at a higher altitude, where the weather becomes cooler in the evenings (especially in the winter months).<br /><br />Please be aware that on the nights of July 4th and December 31st people throughout the area celebrate these special occasions with fireworks that can last into the early morning hours.<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />TA-102-461-1840-01
