Approval is based solely on objective rental criteria and is not discriminatory.<br /><br />A refundable security deposit of $5,000 is required prior to move-in for stays of 30 nights or longer. The deposit is held separately from Airbnb and will be returned within 21 days of checkout, less any lawful deductions, in accordance with California Civil Code §1950.5 and the lease terms<br /><br />Failure to complete the screening or lease within the stated timeframe may result in cancellation in accordance with Airbnb’s long-term stay policies.
