Due to Maui’s rural atmosphere you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them.

In addition, like many Maui complexes, Kaanapali Royal has a small cat colony that keeps us free from pests. Anyone with strong allergies may be affected.

Safety note: The complex borders an active golf course; on rare occasions, errant golf balls may enter common areas such as the pool or grounds.

The parking fee and HI/Maui taxes are subject to change and will be charged based on current rates at the time of the stay.

IMPORTANT: Although the unit is sprayed quarterly by professional pest control services, pests cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Should you encounter a pest problem, please call us and we will be happy to address the situation.

House rules: No parties, no smoking inside or on the lanai, security enforced complex quiet hours between 10pm-8am daily, no more than six registered guests allowed in the condo. Any violation of these rules will result in a cancellation of the reservation.

TA-025-416-4992-01

GE-025-416-4992-01

Guest access
Self check-in - Check yourself in with the keypad.

Registration Details
244008023006, TA-025-416-4992-01
