Free street parking available (no reserved/guaranteed spots), too.<br /><br />Security: For your peace of mind, a security camera is active on the exterior garage wall.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />🏠 The Space<br /><br />Private Entry: Guests enter the suite through a dedicated entrance located within the garage.<br /><br />Main Bedroom: Features a comfortable queen-sized bed and an attached private bathroom with a walk-in shower.<br /><br />Convenience Station: For your dining needs, the space includes a table and chairs, along with a microwave and mini-fridge (please note: there is no stove or full kitchen).<br /><br />🏘️ The Property & Environment<br /><br />Host Residence: We are a family of two residing in the main quarters directly upstairs.<br /><br />Living Atmosphere: As this is a lived-in home, you may hear occasional sounds of daily activity from the upper floor.<br /><br />Morning Hours : We usually begin our day around 5:00 AM and do our best to be quiet. Occasionally, light water-use sounds from the upstairs may be noticeable.<br /><br />Guest Comfort: We want you to sleep soundly! To help minimize any noise during our morning routine, we provide complimentary earbuds for your use.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />🔑 Guest Access & Facilities<br /><br />Private Suite: You have full, exclusive access to your renovated suite.<br /><br />Garage Amenities: Guests are welcome to use the laundry facilities (washer and dryer) and the exercise area, which includes a treadmill and pull-up bar in your full responsibility. <br /><br />Kitchen Policy: Please note there is NO access to a full kitchen; however, the suite is equipped with a microwave and mini-fridge for your convenience.<br /><br /><b>During your stay</b><br />💬 Host Support & Communication<br /><br />Availability: I am happy to assist you throughout your stay! Please note my typical daily schedule:<br /><br />Morning Routine: I prepare for work between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM.<br /><br />Mid-Day: I am usually back at the house between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM, then return to work around 1:00 PM.<br /><br />How to Reach Me: If you have any questions or need immediate assistance, the best way to get in touch is via Airbnb chat or by texting my phone. I will respond as quickly as possible to help with whatever you need!<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />📝 Important Considerations<br /><br />Parking Information: * Driveway parking is available, but please notify us in advance so we can ensure the space is ready for you.<br /><br />Otherwise, free street parking is available, though it can be difficult to find a spot in the evenings.<br /><br />You are always welcome to use the driveway temporarily to unload your luggage.<br /><br />Kitchen Policy: * Please note there is NO access to a full kitchen (no stove or oven). The suite provides a microwave and mini-fridge for light snacks and reheating only.<br /><br />Suitability & Occupancy: * The suite is most comfortable for two guests.<br /><br />A Quick Heads-up Regarding Noise: <br />Since we live right upstairs, you might hear us getting ready for our day in the early morning hours (usually 5-6 AM).
