Master suite has 1 luxury queen bed and a private, newly renovated and professionally designed bathroom. Second bedroom has 1 double and 1 twin bed. An additional air mattress is available upon request and max occupancy is 6.<br /><br />Spacious living and dining areas boast large windows that provide lots of natural light and beautiful views of Glen canyon. Newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped for your use and includes dishwasher, electric kettle, coffeemaker, tableware, utensils and basic pantry items. Other features of the home include – but are not limited to – fast WiFi, Netflix, DVD player and board games. There is no designated parking space or garage but plenty of street parking available at the front of the house.<br /><br />PLEASE NOTE: This property is on the second level and you will have to walk up the stairs to get to the included living area. Bottom level is owner’s living area and we do reside on property as well so please be mindful.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />We will provide guests with a keypad code prior to arrival in order to access the main entrance door. Upon entering, guests will need to walk upstairs to reach the space. <br /><br />There are two areas not included in the rental. The one locked room at the top level is used for storage and the locked door downstairs leads to owner's quarters as marked. We do reside on property downstairs so please respect our privacy and do not attempt to enter.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Please note that we do not allow guests/visitors other than those on the reservation.
