Just relax, unwind, and feel right at home.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />In an effort to keep our property in good condition and to maintain a peaceful presence within the neighborhood, we have a few rules in place. It is important to understand these, so please be sure to read the description of each rule as well. <br /><br />**No Smoking**<br />Smoking is strictly prohibited on all property. A $2,500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking.<br /><br />**No Parties or Events**<br />Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized events will lead to immediate removal and additional charges.<br /><br /><br />**Guest Limit**<br />Should the number of guests exceed the number booked, an additional guest will be charged a $150 per night fee per person, with no exceptions. <br /><br />** Long-term stay** <br />A refundable deposit may be required. <br />Reservations of 14 days or longer necessitate cleaning on the 14th day of stay. We require full access to the property for a cleaning session of four hours. Each cleaning is charged at a rate of $350.<br /><br />**No pet policy**<br />No pets unless proof is provided that the pets are service pets. <br /><br />**Noise & Smoke Monitoring**<br />To maintain a peaceful atmosphere for everyone, quiet time is from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.<br /><br />*** Additional rental agreement and a Photo-ID are required<br />**We encourage all guests to consider purchasing the optional Property Damage Protection.
