We're close to the Zoo, Ocean Beach, and the iconic Stern Grove — known for its free summer concerts. You'll also find nearby produce markets, a delicatessen, butcher, and laundromats.<br /><br />Enjoy peaceful ocean views and a shared garden sitting area. The unit is just 25–30 minutes to downtown via public transport, making it easy to explore the city.<br /><br />Inside the Space<br />Upon entry, to your right is the first bathroom featuring dual vanity sinks and a spacious dual-head shower, including a soothing Rainshower head. A hair dryer is available in the drawer.<br /><br />Step further in to find a stylish kitchenette with a granite-top island and adjustable barstools, illuminated by two striking red pendant lamps.<br /><br />Sleeping Arrangements:<br /><br />Bedroom 1: Full-size memory foam bed with hypoallergenic pillows and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a bathtub, and a shower.<br /><br />Bedroom 2/Living Space: Features a futon sofa that folds out to sleep 2, a TV with Netflix, and a gray loveseat that also folds into a small bed (ideal for a child or smaller adult). Down and down-alternative comforters available. Please remove your shoes when inside the house.<br /><br />NO SMOKING is allowed anywhere on the property.
