Located on a quiet street in the vital, centrally located neighborhood of Mission Dolores, our home is an urban oasis, just steps from many restaurants, parks, cafes, and unique, small shops. <br /><br />You can also stay in and relax or work at home—enjoying our backyard’s patio, hot tub, ping pong, basketball, and gas grill. <br /><br />Great for family & business groups wanting ample space.<br /><br />There’s even a gated driveway with parking for 1-2 cars.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our home is a rare find in San Francisco, with private front and back yards, an outdoor hot tub, a patio. It is fully detached from other buildings, which brings in lots of light. <br /><br />Our uniquely spacious home is a wonderful place to gather with family, colleagues, and friends, with room for 11 guests. <br /><br />This is our family home, and we have created a comfortable, relaxed space. You will enjoy the artwork, many windows and trees surrounding the house. <br /><br />While being an oasis on a small, quiet side street, it is in the heart of the hippest SF neighborhood - one block off Dolores Park, Valencia Street, and around the corner from the gourmet ghetto of 18th Street. <br /><br />We are continually improving our home - from new black-out window blinds and curtains in the bedrooms to a new kitchen range. It has a relaxed and comfortable feel where guests can enjoy being with each other in the common spaces, or have some time alone in their own rooms or the garden.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The whole house minus two locked offices will be available. There is an apartment on the basement level of the house that has its own separate entrance (and full-time tenants who are full-time working professionals with excellent boundaries.) Part of our garage has two small businesses that use the space for work purposes only. The backyard is used exclusively by you during your stay; the other tenants on the property do not use the yard, patio, ping pong, and basketball.<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />STR-0005327
