Welcome to our family-friendly 3BR Mission home! Guests stay on the main level, with a full kitchen, dining room, living room, side deck, and sunny garden. I live onsite in a separate lower-level suite with its own entrance and bath, giving guests privacy and a responsive, nearby host. Beds include queen, full, bunk, and two trundles. STR 0004 818<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Spacious 1,300 sq ft home in the heart of the Mission with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, full kitchen, dining room for 8, and cozy living room. Queen bed opens to deck and garden, full bed in second room, and kid-friendly third room with bunk and trundle (3 twins). Sleeps 7 comfortably, 8 with Aerobed. Kitchen opens to side deck with grill. South-facing garden gets great sun—rare in SF. Private guest floor; host lives in separate suite below.<br />PERMIT NO. STR-0004 818<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have exclusive use of the main floor, which features three bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, living and dining rooms, and a side deck. You’ll also have access to the shared back garden. I live in a separate suite on the lower level with my entrance and occasionally use the garden for light upkeep (watering, weeding). The guest entrance is private for your comfort.<br /><br />Parking for compact cars is available in the driveway (longer cars may stick out into the sidewalk, which could get a ticket from the city).<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />There are 5 beds, plus we can provide a twin or queen Aerobed and extra bedding if someone prefers to sleep in the living room. Some rooms have down bedding, but down-alternative options are available—just ask. For families: we have a Pack ’n Play, travel high chair, kid-friendly dishes, toys, and books. Need something? Just ask—we may have it. SF nights can be chilly, even in summer, so pack layers. Each room has its own space heater.<br />PERMIT NO.
