Our home is a 1500 sqft two-story, 2 bed/2.5 bath condo that is conveniently located in the heart of the Mission District, just steps away from Dolores Park. Some of San Francisco's best restaurants and liveliest streets are 2 blocks away. Inside our home, you'll have scenic views of the city and east bay and you can relax in a peaceful and quiet environment. Our sun-filled condo has modern finishes, 2 bedrooms with attached baths, and a dedicated workspace. It's perfect for a family/group of 4.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The home is a walkup from the street and spans two levels. The main level contains a large living room, chef's kitchen with bar seating, dining area for six, half bathroom, and in-unit laundry. Both bedrooms, each with attached full bathrooms, are on the second level.<br /><br />From the kitchen and dining area, you can look south and see large parts of the city, including Bernal Heights and into Oakland. The living area is equipped with a large TV and ample seating for a family, including a cozy reading bench nestled in a bay window.<br /><br />The first bedroom has a large walk-in closet, queen bed, TV, sitting area, and a large bathroom with dual sinks, separate soaking tub and glass shower.<br /><br />The second bedroom has a queen wall bed -- that can be raised when not in use to create a play area for kids -- a large closet, and the best views in the home. This room can double as an office as there is a dedicated workspace with 32” monitor, bluetooth keyboard, and mouse. This bedroom also has an attached full bath with a shower tub.<br /><br />Our home is directly on the J-Church MUNI line (the stop is at 21st and Chattanooga) which makes it easy to get downtown and to other parts of the city or connect with the BART using public transportation.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />We invite you to make full use of the space and enjoy all the amenities that our condo has to offer. Whether cooking a meal in the chef's kitchen, watching TV on the comfortable couch, or catching up on work at the desk, our goal is to make you feel at home throughout your stay.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />No pets allowed.<br /><br />There is no parking attached to the condo, but there is free and ample street parking (no meters) in front of our home that only has parking restrictions for 2 hours every 2 weeks.
