Max number of guest overnight guests is 2 per room or 6 total.<br />See house rules<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Hardwood floors throughout the house with good lighting, private backyard with mature hedges and trees providing privacy and views of the western hills.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The entire house including kitchen, living and dining rooms ( Table and seating for up to six, side room with desk for work or searching the internet. three bedrooms, front and back yards.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />- Garage door opener on table below mounted TV. (Please make sure to opener leave for the next guest)<br /><br />- Trash to the extent possible needs to be separated into the three cans<br /><br />- Green - Compost -Food scraps wet paper<br /><br />- Blue - Recycling - Clean paper, metal hard plastics (no plastic bags)<br /><br />- Black - Garbage - everything else (no batteries these should be placed in Ziploc bag and placed on top of trash can).
