Furnished with new and original mid-century modern furniture. An easy walk through a redwood grove to charming downtown Mill Valley, with its vintage movie house, boutiques, the Depot Cafe, grocery stores, high-end and casual restaurants, and live music and theater venues like the historic Sweetwater Music Hall and 142 Throckmorton.<br /><br />Living areas: <br />Upstairs: Vintage mid-century modern dining table that seats eight, ceiling fans, and wood burning stove/fireplace. Electronics include 42x24" hideaway flatscreen HD-TV and cable TV. Fully stocked kitchen and dining deck plus half bathroom. Views of trees from every room.<br />Downstairs: Master Bedroom with Queen bed plus en suite bathroom, plus 41x23" TV. Guest Bedroom with Queen bed is next to its own separate bathroom with shower/tub.<br />Finished basement: Carpet/linoleum floor laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and steamer, convertible couch bed (with advance notice and extra fee), extra bedding, 34x20" TV (monitor only), and some yoga equipment.<br />Throughout: Contemporary art, books, lots of windows for natural light, easy access to outdoor spaces, and views of the redwoods. European white oak or limestone flooring in main living areas and in-floor heating throughout the house.<br /><br />Please Note: There are quite a few stairs here. On premises parking available for two cars, very important in Marin.
