You’ll be minutes from Lake Merritt, Uptown, and BART, with easy access to San Francisco, Berkeley, and beyond.<br /><br />Laundry is available in the shared mudroom at scheduled times, with locked access to ensure privacy.<br /><br />Stay in style, wellness, and convenience — all in Oakland’s vibrant Laurel District.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />• Guests have full private access to the main 2BR/2BA unit, including the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, custom closets, and outdoor seating area.<br /> • The walking treadmill, and free weights are available for your use during your stay.<br /> • The washer/dryer is located in the back mudroom and is shared with the ADU. ADU guests may use it daily from 8am-8pm with locked access ensuring privacy for the home. <br /> • The driveway is narrow and leads directly to the ADU entrance, so it’s reserved for ADU guests only. Most guests of the main house rely on the abundant street parking. Street cleaning happens the first Wednesday of the month on the side of the house, and on the opposite side of the street on the first Friday of the month, both between 1–4 PM. Outside of those windows, street parking is usually wide open.<br /> • Guests do not have access to the ADU or its backyard space.
