Upstairs includes a living room with a panoramic view of the city and bay, many books and a large flat-screen TV for evenings when you prefer to stay home.<br /><br />The private backyard offers city and bay views and a relaxing spa and outdoor shower.<br /><br />Located in Corona Heights, on a hill between the Castro and Cole Valley, the home and backyard offers scenic views of Twin Peaks, Sutro Tower, Eureka Valley, Dolores Heights, Potrero Hill, the Bay and the Oakland Hills.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests will have access to the 2-story home, backyard and free parking in front of the home. <br /><br />The bedroom has a queen bed, a tempurpedic mattress, Coyuchi organic cotton sheets, many down and termpurpedic pillows, and a down comforter. The bathroom has excellent water pressure and offers soft Coyuchi organic cotton towels in which to wrap your body.<br /><br />The fully stocked gourmet kitchen has a professional chef’s range, espresso machine, and a dishwasher.<br /><br />In the backyard, surrounded in jasmine and with a view of the city and bay, is an outdoor shower with warm water flowing from a large rain shower-head. Hot tub usage is negotiable.<br /><br />You will have access to every room except our personal office, basement, and garage.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />The home may not be appropriate for guests with mobility issues. Similar to most homes with views in SF, this home is built on a hill which means there are steps to the front door, steps in the home, and steps in the backyard. <br /><br />The home does not allow any pets. The owner is highly allergic to dog saliva and cannot allow any pets on the property. Due to the owner's allergies to pets, this home is exempt from hosting guests with Service Animals or Emotional Support Animals.
