We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them immediately.<br /><br />• The booking guest must be over the age of 25. Verification may be required. Under age with certain exceptions, please ask. <br />• Cleaning is required every 30 days. Guest responsible for payment. Each Mid-stay cleaning is $200. <br />• Initial consumables are provided. Guests are responsible for supplying their own for the remainder of their stay.<br />• Security camera on exterior of home front of the door. (RECORDING video & audio 24 hours/day. Motion activated) <br />• A $250 security deposit is required within 24 hours of booking. A payment request will be sent via Airbnb.
