This spacious 1300 sqft, street level unit features an open floor plan, a bedroom with ensuite bath, and a deck with outdoor seating and dining. 3-5 blocks to 3 train lines, which can take you downtown in 10-15 mins. A 5-10 min walk to Duboce Triangle, Castro, the Haight or the new hipster area of Divisadero for cafes, trendy restaurants & night clubs.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />San Francisco requires us to disclose that this is our primary home and thus a shared Residential Unit (specifically, "we will be within the residential unit with guests during their stay and we will be sharing the residential Unit at the same time). As our guests you will have their own separate entrance to the unit, with sole use of the living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom and ensuite bath, which is approximately 1300 sq ft and sole access to the outdoor patio as shown in the images. <br /><br />We will share a hallway and will have our own entrance so there will be no overlap in private areas during your stay.
