Ceiling fans and pleasant breezes from the makai side or mauka side make air conditioning unneeded, but there is A/C in the living area. Prepare an island-inspired meal in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy it in candlelight on the lanai. Sleep peacefully in the Cal King bed with quality linens. Two Roku smart TVs provide entertainment. The bath has a glass walled walk-in shower.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our unit is located in a 3-building property with approximately 72 units/building on 4 floors. Mature tropical flowers and lush foliage abound, including many palm varieties, plumeria, ginger, bougainvillea, hibiscus, oleander and more. It truly is a tropical paradise. The property is very quiet yet convenient to beaches, restaurants, and night life.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We provide beach towels, 2 beach chairs, beach umbrella, soft side cooler, beach toys, a waterproof beach blanket, noodles, and a wagon for carting everything to the beach. <br /><br />We have equipment for pickle ball and tennis (tennis rackets are older). <br /><br />We have two boogie boards, an assortment of snorkel gear, including masks for adults and kids, snorkels, and fins.
