Maui Tranquility II - Relax and Feel Welcomed! This is the second chapter in our Maui Tranquility story. Another completely remodeled place to stay on Maui with meticulous attention to the details so you'll feel comfortable and at home and appreciate the aesthetics, cleanliness and many extra amenities. We're local and here for you!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Enjoy yourself at Maui Tranquility II our second tastefully renovated Maui Beach condo. Located across the street from Charley Young Beach and the learn-to-surf and paddleboard Cove, we're just steps away from some of South Maui's best beaches. You're also just a short distance to many great restaurants and shopping including a great natural foods store and juice bar. If you don't want to rent a car, you can catch a bus to many places on the island for just $2. The bus stops on S Kihei Rd just a block from the condo.<br /><br />The atmosphere is both tranquil and invigorating with some of Maui's best beaches just across the street, where there's an abundance of breath-taking sunsets and refreshing South Pacific Ocean trade winds that calm, soothe and invigorate the senses.<br /><br />Our welcoming place is a ground floor garden unit without any steps. We're close to everything but away from the road noise on S Kihei Road. We've provided a beautiful custom kitchen with new GE appliances, gas cooktop (most condos on Maui only offer electric) and oven and complete with all the dishes, pots, pans and utensils you will need during your stay. We've even equipped MTII with a new whisper quiet dual zone split A/C to help keep you cool, calm and collected (most condos on Maui have noisy window units). You'll wash away your cares in our new custom walk-in shower in the bathroom. We've stocked the place with many bathroom amenities just in case you need something. The bedroom has an extra comfy King-sized bed with quality linens, room darkening curtains, ample dresser and closet space, as well as a second wall mounted 4k smart tv, Amazon Echo Dot and another all important whisper quiet, split A/C wall unit and ceiling fan. <br /><br />We offer two flat-screen 4k High definition TVs, free dual band high speed internet and your own free parking space. If you like to eat-in the kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove and cooktop, two coffee makers, tea kettle, blender, four slice toaster, all new appliances and there is a great BBQ area located near the pool area. The awesome swimming pool is located in the middle of the complex. <br /><br />Our Covid-19 Pledge to our Guests:<br />~ Our place is cleaned with extra care using disinfectant wipes and spray, bleach, and any necessary means to sterilize the place between each stay.<br />~ Free dual band High Speed Wi-Fi (perfect for remote workers).<br />~ Discounted deals for short, last minute bookings and for longer stays of 7 nights and one month (put dates into the search to see prices).<br /><br />Please be sure to check with the State of Hawaii website before you travel for all current visitor regulations at hawaii covid19 dot com. We also highly encourage all our guests to take out travel insurance to help cover the loss caused by any unforeseen, last-minute circumstances that could arise that might prevent you from making the trip.<br /><br />We're hoping that once you stay at our place you'll want to return again and again.<br /><br />Finally, we subscribe to the Japanese concept of 'kaizen' - which means constant improvement. We use a keypad entry and will provide the door code when we meet you to check you in. You receive a free, reserved parking spot with your stay. Because we are close-by we can accommodate check-ins at 3pm or later (on rare occasions we can even try to get you in early if possible). Just tell us what time you need to check-in after 3pm and we'll accommodate your needs.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Maui Tranquility II has been completely remodeled for your enjoyment! All the appliances and furnishings are brand new. The brand new split AC system with wall mounted units in the front room and bedroom is whisper quiet and a must when you stay on Maui!
