Two miles north of prestigious and very expensive Wilea, our condo at Kihei Kai Nani provides you and your family an ideal location for affordable accommodations on Maui, while enjoying the best beaches, golfing, snorkeling, dining and shopping on the island.<br /><br />This is unit 252 in Building 7 in the Kihei Kai Nani Complex. The lanai faces the North/West side of the island and has a nice view of the garden below and a partially obstructed view of the West Maui mountain. This unit is a corner unit which affords it two extra windows, one in the Bedroom, the other in the Dining room, providing more light and cross-breeze. <br /><br />The condo provides split system Air Conditioning (with two registers - one in the living area and one in the bedroom), high speed wireless internet, a 50" Smart TV, Radio, CD player, DVD, workstation (desk & printer) lanai with garden views, fully equipped kitchen, King sized bed (new mattress in 2025), queen sized sofa bed (the sofa bed provides comfortable sleeping for up to two extra youths or one adult on a 6 inch foam mattress - Extra fee applies for 3rd & 4th guests). Towels, kitchen utensils, silverware, plates, pots / pans, beach equipment, etc, all provided. Save money by preparing your own meals.
