Dining, shopping and golfing are just minutes away.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The studio is located in the Maui Banyan F Building on the 2nd floor and close to nightlife, shopping, dinning, public transport, golfing and Wailea. You will love this 1BR/1BA single level floor plan. While you dine on your balcony, enjoy the garden and mountain view. <br /><br />King size bed, flat screen tv and air condition. This exquisite studio is awaiting for your vacation! Enjoy surfing, swimming, boogie boarding, paddle boarding, snorkeling, golfing, and the beauty of Maui. <br /><br />There is a toaster, microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge in the unit (no stove top or oven).<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Resort Amenities: <br />Two Pools & Hot Tubs, Tennis Court, BBQ area and unassigned parking. <br />No elevator. <br />Approximately 2-3 minute walk to the beach.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />- We provide beach chairs, beach umbrella, a cooler and beach towels.
