Our cute little townhome is in the Tahoe Keys right on the marina! We have 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and we sleep 6 adults plus 2 kids. You will have access to our small shared dock best for kayaks or boats under 25ft. Guests have the option to purchase HOA passes which gives you access to the beach, pool, hot tub, tennis courts & more! You will be 10 minutes away from skiing at Heavenly cal lodge or the gondola. Upstairs has bedroom's #1 & #2 with 2 more full bathrooms. <br /><br />🔥 Living <br />Our comfortable living room has seating for 4 adults on the couch and chair. We have plans to update the couches very soon! We have a brand new smart TV and a wood burning fireplace for those cold Winter nights. It's a great spot for marina viewing, snuggling and watching a movie! Dare we say -- Netflix and chill? ;)<br /><br />🍳 Dine & Ditch<br />Our kitchen may not be high end but it is fully stocked for cooking up a family feast. We have a large dining room table great for games and enjoying a meal.<br /><br />🌲 Get Outside<br />It doesn't get any better than being on the marina and having views of such! Downstairs we have a small patio with a gas grill and a few chairs for enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Watch the boats pull in and out of the marina and take in the fresh mountain air. Upstairs off the master we have a balcony with seating for doing the same. In the Summer the HOA maintains a sunny lawn right outside of our patio and in the Winter the outside spaces are covered for year round enjoyment!<br /><br />📍Location<br />We are located in the condo marina area of the Tahoe Keys which is an affordable water front option for families. You have a view of the marina from both the living room and the master bedroom. The Tahoe Keys is a great central spot about 10 minutes to Heavenly and the casinos! <br /><br />✏️ The Deets<br />• We would classify our home as 'family affordable' so if you are looking for luxury this might not be the best spot for you :).<br />• The Tahoe Keys Property Owner's Association provides passes for our guests to use the HOA amenities like the private beach, pool, hot tub, tennis courts, etc. You will want to contact or visit their office for pricing and availability. <br />• Our home is a bit darker than what it looks like in the photos. <br />• Our home has carpet so please remove your shoes before coming inside. New carpet stains may result in a small charge to cover a professional carpet cleaning. Thank you for helping us keep our carpet clean!<br />• We are permitted for up to 6 adults max plus extra kids under 13. <br />• We are permitted for up to 2 cars max in the 2 assigned spots right in front of our condo.<br />• Our home is non-smoking.<br />• Our home is NOT pet friendly.<br />• Quiet hours are observed from 10pm - 8am but elevated noise will not be tolerated at any time. Occupancy is also limited during quiet hours.<br />• Like most homes in Tahoe, our home does not have AC. If coming during July or August, it can get into the high 80s but we do provide fans. <br />• After you book, you will be asked to sign our rental agreement.<br />• We try our best to WOW you and earn your 5-star review so please be gracious when reviewing our home and we will do the same when we review you! :)<br />♡ Love our home but want to save $? Book during the week for much lower rates!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Our guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of a few locked owner closets.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />👮🏻‍♂️ Local Rental Laws<br />We welcome guests who are in compliance with the local Vacation Rental Ordinance. Please see the “Additional House Rules” section for full ordinance regarding parking, occupancy, noise, trash, etc. We have exterior security cameras and are friends with our neighbors. If our guests do not abide by the ordinance, there may be charges and in rare cases guests may be asked to leave our home.
