A few owner's cupboards are locked, but each bedroom has its own closet and there's ample space for luggage - for month-plus stays, guests have found the storage entirely comfortable for two to four people.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />A few things worth knowing so this is the right fit:<br /><br />- Residential building with long-term neighbors. Quiet hours 10pm–7am are firm. Strictly no parties, events, or gatherings of any kind.<br />- It's a genuine 1920s building: you may occasionally hear neighbors or street sounds, as with any classic city apartment. Guests consistently describe it as peaceful for the location.<br />- Strictly no pets or animals may enter.<br />- Maximum 4 guests. Condo is on level 2 (stairs).<br />- Laundry: the building laundry is downstairs. Commercial grade washer and dryer.<br />- Parking: paid garages nearby, free overnight street parking directly outside, and all-day parking on the far side of Marina Green. Reach out if you need off street parking it may be possible for longer-term bookings. For short-term bookings and may also have some single use street permits you could purchase.<br />- We host a limited number of nights per year, so we're selective with bookings and prioritize considerate guests - if that's you, you'll be very well looked after.<br /><br />Questions?
