This tastefully remodeled 3,360 square foot home has many new additions & upgrades including new King bed in master suite, new Queen bed in 2nd bedroom on top floor, new sheets, linens, pillows, duvets in all bedrooms, new coffee maker, 50" TV, new Toto toilets, Xfinity's latest Extreme Pro 400 Mbps modem & more. Each guest will enjoy a wonderful night's sleep on new sheets, Serta, Sealy & Simmons beds w European down comforters.<br /><br />This home includes modern conveniences including Sub zero refrigerator & wine fridge, Wolf stove, Miele dishwasher & microwave with marble counter tops. Located on main floor are living room, dining room, family room, en suite bedroom w queen bed plus office/bedroom w twin bed including wireless printer. The kitchen opens to the family room, including piano & new 50" Samsung flat screen TV. Family room opens to deck with barbecue and lovely backyard with fountain, herbs, lemons, roses & olive trees.<br /><br />Upstairs is master suite w King size bed, walk in shower, jet tub jacuzzi, double sinks + walk in closet to make getting ready a breeze. Awaken to deck off master suite. There are 2 additional bedrooms on this floor, one w Queen bed, the other w twin bed + white carrara marble bathroom. An additional washer/dryer is located on this top floor for your use.<br /><br />The bottom level includes two bedrooms with Queen size beds + shared bath which opens to a family room w full size fridge, Fisher Paykel washer/dryer & a 2nd large flat screen TV. This floor accesses our private garden w fountain, which is a rare find in San Francisco.<br /><br />There are fans in each bedroom allowing you to set your own temperature for optimal comfort.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />There is access to the backyard, including grill, from the family room off the kitchen. There are decks off all 3 upstairs bedrooms.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />This is not a party house, but there are plenty of fun places to celebrate & enjoy within walking distance. Please review cancellation policy prior to booking. There is a garage that accommodates a mid size sedan; you are welcome to park across our driveway including the red painted area. When street parking, please check street signs for street cleaning and parking hours. Street cleaning in front of our home is the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month from noon - 2pm (street signs are posted in front of house); to avoid a ticket, be sure to move your car during this time. Permit parking is in effect M-F from 8am-6pm; you can park up to 2 hours w/o needing a permit (so really an issue from 10am-4pm M-F). You are welcome to pull into our driveway, however, it is narrow for cars larger than a midsize sedan.<br /><br />Garbage day is Thursday morning around 7am. We pay extra for pick up & return of our bins, so nothing to do except leave garbage bags in bins (black: garbage, green: compost & blue: recycling) located on the North alley of our home. <br /><br />Gardener comes every other Friday morning around noon, in case you hear a leaf blower ;). <br /><br />Please be respectful of our home & neighbors .
