Electric water kettle and K-cup coffee machine with plenty of flavors for selection in the morning before stepping out to soak in the coastal atmosphere. The private dining room is adorned with an elegant 6-seat dining table and offers a buffet cabinet stocked with wine glasses for your enjoyment.<br /><br />Bathrooms:<br /><br />The accommodation includes a newly renovated full bathroom with a walk-in shower, ample towels, and toiletries, along with an additional half bath. The fully fenced backyard, accessible from the garage, features a gas grill. While I live on the premises, we each have our distinct and private spaces.
