During the right season, you may even spot dolphins or whales passing by—nature is always on display here.<br /><br />The resort-style complex offers a pool, hot tub, tennis courts, ping-pong, BBQ areas, gated parking, and exclusive access to a quiet, semi-private beach—far removed from the crowds of Waikiki.<br /><br />If your dates are unavailable, please reach out—we manage multiple units in the building and are happy to accommodate you.<br /><br />🏝️ The Space<br /><br />This beachfront condo has been fully refreshed with new furnishings, linens, towels, and kitchen essentials. The kitchen is well-appointed and includes a new refrigerator, dishwasher, and in-unit washer/dryer for your convenience. High-speed internet is also provided.<br /><br />The lanai is perfectly positioned for ocean viewing—an ideal setting to unwind, dine, and take in the breathtaking scenery. With direct elevator access to the sand, you’re just steps away from a peaceful beach where you can truly relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the island.<br /><br />🔐 Guest Access<br /><br />The property is gated and secured with on-site staff. Upon arrival, simply press the entry button and security will grant access. Parking is complimentary, and you may use any open space. Please register your vehicle with the front desk and display the provided pass on your dashboard.<br /><br />You’ll receive a code prior to arrival for easy self-check-in. Inside the unit, you’ll find two key fobs that provide access to the elevators, amenities, and gates. Please return these to their designated spot upon departure (a $100 replacement fee applies if lost).<br /><br />📍 Location Highlights<br />~45 minutes from Honolulu Airport (HNL), depending on traffic<br />~25 minutes from Kapolei (Costco, Safeway, dining, essentials)<br />~20 minutes from Ko Olina Resort (restaurants, lagoons, shopping)<br /><br />We recommend stopping in Kapolei on your way in to stock up—this is the kind of place where you’ll want to enjoy meals and drinks on the lanai while soaking in the views.<br /><br />🌅 A True Hawaiian Experience<br /><br />This is more than just a place to stay—it’s a peaceful oceanfront escape where nature, comfort, and beauty come together. Whether you’re here to unwind, explore, or simply take in the sunsets, this is a setting you won’t forget.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Access to the building is through a secure gate. You can press the button and the security guard will open the gate for you. There is plenty of parking and you can park in any available spot - Parking is Free :) You are required to register your vehicle with the security desk in the front lobby and leave the registration paper on your front dash. <br />You will be sent a code via Airbnb messages to access the front door of the condo. Inside the condo, you will find 2 fobs hanging on the right side of the door. These fobs will allow you access to all property gates, the elevators, and the pool. PLEASE don't lose your fobs & ensure they are left at the same location next to the front door when you are checking out. There is a $100 replacement charge for lost fobs.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Distance from HNL airport is around 45 minutes depending on the time of day and traffic conditions. We suggest stopping at Kapolei on your way for groceries (exit 1 on Hwy H1 West). <br />Distance from Kapolei is around 25 minutes. Kapolei offers an assortment of food & grocery shopping options for your convenience. (ie. Costco & Safeway). <br />Distance from Ko'Olina resort is around 20 minutes.
