A precious East Bay getaway spot.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Spacious, light filled bedroom on the upper floor, with queen sized bed and two work desks. Take in views of the beautiful oasis-like garden below. Take advantage of a renovated galley kitchen with all new appliances, including Nespresso machine. Plant-filled airy living room with plenty of seating to relax in and read a book. Dining area seats eight. Lots of books and toys for you to make use of. Large, new washer dryer on site. <br /><br />Three bedrooms and two bathrooms: One large, light filled bedroom equipped with TV and a queen sized bed is upstairs. Two smaller bedrooms (one with a queen sized bed and one with a twin-to-king trundle bed) are located downstairs and are connected to an en-suite bathroom. Note that these two bedrooms are separated from the main space via a door, but are connected to each other via a small hallway with curtains instead of doors.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will have access to a fully equipped, self-contained house. The large garden is shared with two other houses in the property. Take home a bag of lemons and a bouquet of fresh flowers.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />This is our home, so please note that our personal belongings will be in the closets and cabinets.
