During your stay you can use the central AC or lock the entry screen door for fresh soft air flow through the condo. The unit includes boogie boards, picnic cooler, beach chairs, tons of beach towels, and sand toys. Use the cooler to keep your wine chilled while sitting out at night on the lounge chairs listening to the ocean among the Coconut Palms on the two-acre lush grounds. The laundry room with fast, clean machines is just two doors down.<br /><br />The grounds and facilities of the condominium complex are outstanding, considered the best in Maalaea with the largest swimming pool, several BBQs and lounge chairs on golfing-green-like grass—plus it’s just a short two-minute walk along the lawns by the seawall bordering the neighbor condominium buildings to relax on the small “hidden beach” bordering the harbor.<br /><br />The condo is centrally located for fast easy travel to attractions in Kihei, Lahaina and Wailea.
