Ideal for couples, friends trip and families book now and get ready to experience the Aloha life!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests will have full private access to the entire top-floor suite, including both bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, private lanai, and in-unit washer and dryer.<br /><br />You’ll also have full use of all resort-style amenities at the Ma'Alaea Banyans property, including:<br /><br />✔ Heated outdoor pool and hot tub (open daily from 9 AM–9 PM)<br />✔ BBQ grills and outdoor dining areas<br />✔ Direct access to Sugar Beach—just steps from your lanai!<br />✔ Free on-site parking and building elevator for easy, stair-free access<br /><br />Whether you’re here to relax by the pool, catch a sunset from the beach, or explore Maui’s wonders, everything you need is right here.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Please note that while the pool, hot tub, gym, and outdoor amenities are shared with other guests of the Ma'Alaea Banyans community, the condo itself is completely private and exclusively yours.<br /><br />Please also note the second bedroom is an open space Loft Maui style bedroom for your comfort. <br /><br />Also the Third bedroom area is more ideally suited for Kids given the lower head room space. <br /><br />We provide a starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, etc.), and there are nearby grocery stores and markets for anything additional you may need including Coffee.<br /><br />Beach gear—including chairs, towels, and a cooler is available for your use, but inventory may vary slightly based on guest use.<br /><br />Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM to respect all guests and neighbors in the community.<br /><br />This is a non-smoking unit. No pets allowed. <br /><br />For stays 15 days or over we require an additional cleaning service to be included in the service fee at a cost of $385.
