Swiss Chalet is nestled in the Olympic Valley forest Painted Rock Estates neighborhood that is in close proximity to the beautiful Palisades Tahoe Resort! Squaw Creek runs through the backyard and provides a majestic natural water ambiance during times of snowmelt. The hot tub right off the back deck is a great way to relax at the end of the day and soak up all that nature has to offer!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Each of the four private bedrooms offer a King or Queen bed, a closet, and an attached private balcony. There is a bedroom suite on each floor. The Master Suite on the upper level is equipped with a jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and walk-in closet. The Great Room downstairs is the perfect place for games and entertainment. The chef's kitchen is plenty big enough to feed an army! The BBQ on the upper deck just outside the kitchen provides outdoor cooking with stunning views. The hot tub is available to all guests, however, we require a $500 hot tub deposit that is only drawn from in the event we get a report back from the service company of abnormal cleaning required after your stay. We don’t expect that from you as a guest, however, this helps protect the hot tub from abuse and is collected from all guests. If we get a normal report back, you’ll receive the deposit back in its entirety.<br />During your stay should you decide to use the hot tub, we ask that at the end of each day, one ounce of “sanitizer” is added to the water for EACH person that used it that day. The sanitizer is found in the red container near the door to the back deck downstairs (that leads to the hot tub). For example, if 3 people used the hot tub off and on through out a day, please add 3 ounces of sanitizer at the end of that day. If 1 person takes a quick dip at the end of another day, add 1 ounce after the dip!
