Your Napa escape awaits!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The property boasts three separate living spaces, enhanced by multiple fireplaces. A fully equipped bar is at your disposable and is conveniently located right next to the dining area. <br /><br />Bedrooms are conveniently located on the bottom floor, with a master suite that offers a fireplace, expansive windows showcasing gorgeous views, and a private deck. The luxurious master bedroom also features a walk-in closet. <br /><br />For additional privacy, there is a fully stocked suite with a kitchen, living space, full bathroom, and has it's own private entrance. <br /><br />For those who enjoy getting some work done, an office is located on the top floor. <br /><br />The Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking spices, utensils, and cookware. The eating space boats beautiful views of the valley. <br /><br />For the hotter seasons, the pool is a great place to relax and cool off. <br /><br />Located in the Silverado Residential Community, known for its resort-style living and proximity to Napa's wineries.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Areas that guests don't have access to will be locked.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We have a strict “No Party” policy. Guests who violate this rule will be charged $1000 and will be removed from the premises with no refund. Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 7:00am. Any notification from neighbors violating this noise ordinance will be charged $500. <br /><br />We have a strict no pets policy. If guests break this rule there will be a $500 fee each day that the pet is onsite. A second violation of this rule will result in removal from the premises with no refund. <br /><br />We have two outside cameras for the guests safety. <br /><br />Thank you for taking care of our home!
