There is a king size bed in the master bedroom with an en-suite and walk-in closet. The guest bedroom had a queen size bed and a walk-in closet, as well as a desk for working. <br /><br />The living space upstairs has a brand new sectional couch, a gas fireplace, and floor to ceiling windows. <br /><br />The chefs kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to create any type of meal. The dining table can seat 8 comfortably and also boasts floor to ceiling windows and views out to the valley.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests can access the carport, patio, and house. The staircase leading around the side of the house down to the basement and storage area is off limits as is the basement and storage area themselves.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />This house requires walking up and down many stairs. THERE ARE APPROXIMATELY 40 STAIRS LEADING FROM THE STREET TO THE FRONT DOOR. <br /><br />The house is not child-proof or child-friendly as there are many stairs leading from the street to the front door, open stairs inside the house, uncovered outlets, and while the gas fireplace is enclosed the glass does get warm to the touch. Special consideration will be given to those with children upon request.
