The Toilet has a Toto Bidet (heated seat) and sprays.<br /><br />Bathroom stocked with many amenities (blow dryer, flat iron, and more!...including toothbrush and travel size toothpaste, q-tips, cotton, rubbing alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, first aid kit)...etc.<br /><br />Additional upstairs rooms:<br /><br />- Primary Bedroom with a King bed and walk in closet. 55-inch OLEG HD TV, Alexa device, Air purifier and room fans.<br />- A separate Laundry Room with an XL full size washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum, floor steamer, and all the cleaning supplies plus more.<br />- A second bedroom with a Queen Size Bed and mattress topper. This room is also the exercise room featuring a TRX, Yoga/Pilates, and a full Ballet Barre set up, a vibration plate, hand weights, and resistance wall bands. 46-inch TV, Alexa device, air purifier, ceiling fan. (If you don't plan on using this room to sleep, please let me know and I'll restore the Murphy back to wall, and store the mattress topper in the garage).<br /><br />Downstairs is the 3rd bedroom/office with a Full Size Bed. Office table in this room is portable and stored in the closet you can set up here as a work space option. (If you don't plan on using this room to sleep, please let me know and I'll restore the Murphy back to wall, and store the mattress topper in the garage).<br /><br />This room's bathroom is located downstairs and is just outside the bathroom adjacent to the dining room. <br /><br />The downstairs bathroom features a full size shower, sink, and toilet with bidet. Bathroom amenities including blow dryer, flat iron, and all the amenities (just as upstairs bath, it has amenities to enjoy: q-tips, cotton, mouthwash. toothbrush, shower cap, etc.).<br /><br />The Dining Room seats 4 and is around the corner from this bathroom, adjacent to the galley kitchen and seats 4. The kitchen/living room bar seats an additional 2. Or, you may sit on the couch at the coffee table for additional dining seating. Alternatively, in the garage, I store a square "card table" with 4 folding chairs, which you could bring into the home and set up in the Living Room for a larger family gathering (I've had guests do this for Christmas/Thanksgiving) - a bit tight but can accommodate your needs.<br /><br />The Living Room features a couch, reclining leather chair, another chair, and a 65-inch QLED 4K TV with a SONOS sound system.<br /><br />The Kitchen is fully stocked! For cooking AND baking. All you need is included and carefully thought through. Coffee/Tea and initial quantities of oils and kinds of vinegar too.<br /><br />The sliding glass doors in the Living Room open to a private fenced-in patio. The outdoor patio storage closet houses an electric NINJA brand smoker / BBQ that can be moved onto the Patio and placed on its stand. You can cook outdoors, plugged into the exterior outlet.<br /><br />The patio includes a large 3-tier remote-controlled water fountain. Just make sure fountain water is filled with water (watering can needs to be filled in kitchen sink to add water)<br /><br />Parking: 2 cars can be parked, includes 1 with parking pass (hang it on rear view mirror); the other in a single car garage that can be made available - does not fit oversized cars.<br /><br />Guests with more than one car must park in GUEST spots painted / marked in green paint. DO NOT park the car with the parking pass in the GUEST spot or you will get a ticket.<br /><br />No guests allowed to spend the night that are not included in booking.<br /><br />No smoking of any kind in home or in the complex as that violates the city ordinance of NO SMOKING within 25-feet of a building. LARGE fines are given to me I will pass on to you for exterior smoking (last I heard >$2,000. <br /><br />For internal smoking I will issue a fine of $1,000 plus the professional cleaning fee required to eliminate the odor. Additionally no vaping; no loud music. Be kind and courteous to neighbors. If these rules are violated, you will be asked to leave and will not be refunded your stay.<br /><br />The POOL / SPA is only open in Summer and restricted to Guests only (tell them my name - do not say you are "guests" - you are staying with Silvia Malaccorto)...and they monitor any loud noise including music. Lastly, No Parties. I know "I" don't sound like fun, but these are the Association Rules.<br /><br />More about the area to be posted soon! I'll be providing information about close-by Retail, Freeways, Concert and Sports Venues, Restaurants, Hiking and Parks, Wineries, Golf, and more!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The guests have privacy and full access to the home.<br /><br />A parking pass is provided during your stay (found in entry) to park in any unmarked spot. <br /><br />NOTE: Any additional cars must park in GREEN marked GUEST spots - as they will not have a parking pass...any car without a parking pass parked in unmarked spots will be towed. Do not leave car in any guest spot for more than 24 hours without moving it.<br /><br />I provide 1 car garage spot - shared with neighbor for his car. I'll leave instructions on how to find garage. There is a garage door opener.<br /><br />at Check Out: Leave the parking pass hanging where you found it. If you take it with you, I'll need you to contact me for an address to overnight it back to me. If I am without it for more than 48 hours, I will need to pay for a replacement and you'll need to reimburse $150 replacement fee - by booking with me you agree to this. <br /><br />Same applies to the garage door opener - please leave it behind, or, overnight it to me, or I will need to have you reimburse me to replace it. <br /><br />Thank you!<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Getting to Levi's Stadium using public light rail, safe and accessible: <br /><br />Take the Light Rail from the Ohlone-Chynoweth Station (a 5-8 min drive from the Lakehouse) with Parking:<br /><br />1. Board the Blue Line (Northbound): At Ohlone-Chynoweth Station board the Blue Line train heading toward Baypointe.<br /><br />2. Transfer to the Green Line: Ride the Blue Line to Tasman Station.<br /><br />NOTE: Mega-events like the Super Bowl LX (February 2026) and World Cup Soccer (June-July 2026), VTA often recommend transferring to the Green Line earlier, between Convention Center and St. James stations, to avoid overcrowding at later transfer points.<br /><br />3. Board the Green Line (Westbound): Transfer to the Green Line train heading toward Old Ironsides.<br /><br />4. Arrive at Levi's Stadium: Disembark at the Great America Station. The stadium is located directly adjacent to this station, approximately a 5-minute walk (0.3 miles) away. <br /><br />The home is a high end, spa-like retreat that I have curated for guests to enjoy. <br /><br />By booking, you agree to the following house rules:<br /><br />1. No Smoking<br />Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the residence and within twenty-five (25) feet of the building. Any violation will result in charges for cleaning, deodorization, and remediation. Tenant is solely responsible for any related fines, penalties, or violations issued by the HOA or the San Jose.<br /><br />2. Parking Pass<br />One (1) open parking space is provided and requires a Parking Pass. Per HOA rules, only one pass is issued per address. Failure to return the pass at checkout will result in a $65 replacement charge.<br /><br />3. Damage<br />Guests are financially responsible for any damage to the property or its contents. Damaged or broken items will be repaired or replaced at the guest’s expense. Damage is not considered normal wear and tear.<br /><br />4. Long-Term Stay Cleaning (30+ Nights)<br />For stays of 30 nights or more, mandatory professional cleaning is required twice per month. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged bi-weekly. Cleanings are scheduled every two weeks unless a departure occurs within three weeks, in which case the final cleaning replaces the scheduled service.<br /><br />5. Exceptions must be approved in advance via message. I do provide 6 chairs.<br /><br />(2) Kitchen bar counter has 2 bar stools (additional eating area)<br /><br />(3) You could eat on the Living Room couch and use the coffee table<br /><br />(4) Additional table/seating to host more people: I offer a square card table (found in the garage) with 4 folding chairs. Table cloth is found in cabinet under the stairs.<br /><br />- LIVING ROOM: with 65-inch OLEG HDTV and <br /> Sonos Sound System. Air purifier. Couch. Two additional chairs. One is a motorized recliner.<br /><br />- OUTDOOR PATIO: is fenced in for privacy and includes outdoor furniture. The gate opens up to a green belt area. 4 outdoor seats (each could seat 2 people, each offers generous seating. There is a fountain that can be turned on with a remote control device found on coffee table or fireplace mantel.<br /><br />Outdoor patio has an unlocked storage closet with Pool floaties and outdoor furniture cushions. Also an electric BBQ.<br /><br />- Downstairs WORK/READ/PLAY/SLEEP Room: Bedroom/office includes a Murphy Bed Size "FULL-size Mattress". This is a "tight' fit for 2 ADULTS. Better suited for 1 ADULT or 2 CHILDREN. Robes Included.<br /><br />Bedroom closet: stores a folded desk (stand-up / sit-down) that can be set up (see pictures of it set up in the room and the same room without the desk set-up) and a HP Printer. Some board games can be found here too.<br /><br />This room also hosts a wall arcade game for family fun! And, a comfortable reading chair and great lighting. Alexa device.<br /><br />- DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM: Includes a full size shower, bidet, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush and toothpaste, blow dryer and flat iron. <br /><br />Upstairs:<br /><br />- BATHROOM is shared between the two upstairs bedrooms (Primary & Secondary). It includes a large and deep bathtub (with bubble bath and salts included), and a showerhead combination rain shower and hand-held shower head. Fu;;y stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, mouthwashand more. Blow dryer and flat iron. HEATED Toto bidet. There is a small folded desk in the closet for an additional portable workspace. For the Murphy Beds, I have mattress toppers if needed for additional comfort. (Those are stored in the garage and I can set them up for you in advance of your stay upon request).<br /><br />- Garbage must be removed and placed in the exterio Commercial Garbage secured gated exterior spaces.<br /><br />- There is a SMART Lock - you will have your own entry code assigned to you for your visit.<br /><br />- there is a RING device with camera at the front door.<br /><br />Before You Arrive<br />Please review all messages and the check-in guide prior to arrival and reach out with any questions so your check-in is smooth.<br /><br />A wagon is available to help transport luggage and personal items from your car to the home. It is located in the patio closet.<br /><br />Parking<br />In addition to open space parking for one car (Parking Pass must be place in the interior of your car when you arrive to prevent getting a citation), there is a single-car garage space. The garage is located in a nearby building. I may guide you there upon arrival, and detailed directions and a map are included in the welcome binder.<br /><br />Important: Reservation Change Policy:<br /><br />1. Shortening the existing reservation is the same as cancellation. Please refer to Airbnb cancellation policy<br /><br />2. To extend an existing reservation, please use airbnb reservation alteration process.<br /><br />There is a beautiful public lake with a park that includes an extended hiking and cycling trail - plenty of open space to enjoy! This is why the home is referred to as "TheLakehouse@" it's just one block away.<br /><br />No-Shoe Home (Suggested)<br />To help keep the home clean and comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask that shoes be removed indoors. Interior slippers (rubber and sanitized) are provided for your use during your stay. They are found in the entry closet.. <br /><br />POOL/SPA is only open in the Summer. NO guests are allowed beyond the renters *unfortunately* - this is an HOA rule - please be discrete when including more quests (be mindful and discrete). If pushed give my name let them know you are guests of mine visiting. They can be strict - monitor noise and look out for parties.
