If you’d rather leave the grilling to the grill master of the group you can lounge in the hammock on this back deck. <br /><br />The master bedroom, located on the second floor, is absolutely luxurious with a King-size bed, lounge seating, a work desk, TV, and an attached master bathroom. The feeling of luxury continues into the bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub, a walk in shower and dual sinks. This master even has access to the back deck. <br /><br />The lower level of this home boasts an additional entertainment room, two bedrooms, and the second full bathroom. In the entertainment room you’ll find a queen sofa sleeper, second fireplace, and a large flat screen TV. Bedroom 1 has king bed and bedroom 2 has a queen. Both of these rooms have access to the downstairs full bathroom with a shower/tub combo <br /><br />One of the best treats of this amazing home is the private hot tub on the lower covered deck. The person booking this home must be one of the guests during the entire stay.<br />- The City of South Lake Tahoe Vacation Rental Ordinance mandates quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and are strictly enforced.<br />- Exceeding occupancy, parking, or violating the quiet hours will result in eviction and fines of $2000 or more.<br />- Check out time is 10:00am, you will be charged an additional fee if you do not vacate the home by this time. (See our Rental Agreement for specifics on charges).<br />- Our RnR Advantage Plan is included within the management fee quoted in your booking.
