Tons of tech, including Apple TV w/access to iTunes movies & videos. <br /><br />4 Bedroom home with three full baths and two master suites. Cable, fresh linens, tank-less water heater, and hot tub.<br /><br />Converted garage with pool table and elliptical, stair stepper, weight sets, TV and dartboard. Second set washer and dryer and stainless steel fridge. <br /><br />High-speed Internet & Xfinity HD Cable.<br /><br />Tons of supplies, instant filtered hot/cold water, tons of tea, Keurig Coffee maker, USB in-room power plugs, in-room TVs with Xfinity HD cable, soft linens, in-room mineral water, Apple Airplay (throughout the entire house), iTunes Library of movies/music and board games. <br /><br />Access to whatever food is in the pantry. There is a snack bowl for those that want a bite to eat. Enjoy!<br /><br />I know you will find this house a very secure and warm place to call home.<br /><br />I do have a full-time job that requires my attention during the day, but I am available for assistance should the need arise via text 415-202-4921. <br /><br />The front door uses a Kevo by Kwikset | Bluetooth Electronic Deadbolt. There are Keyless FOBs for those without a smartphone or who prefer the traditional key method.<br /><br />If you have an iPhone/iPad, I can let you in remotely, and at your convenience, please download the Kevo app. Once you send me the email address you used for your profile, I will send you a key on your day of check-in. <br /><br />I am incredibly grateful for your interest and the possibility of having you a client. If there is anything I could go to make your stay more enjoyable, please let me know.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The sheds and balcony on the north side of the house are completely off-limits. Guests entering this area will be breaking the terms and conditions of the rental and your reservation will be canceled, with no refund. This is the personal area and not available to guest. <br /><br />Everything else is open to you; all the closets are empty and free for you to enjoy the rest of the property.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Parties: Transparency is critical in having trust between a host and guest. If you wish to have a gathering, please contact me regarding the details. This ensures that I am respectful of the neighborhood and neighbors. <br /><br />An unauthorized party will be seen as breaking the terms and conditions of the rental. Airbnb will be notified, reservation canceled (no refund), deposit held for additional cleaning & damage, and you/guest will be asked to vacate immediately.<br /><br />The house is monitored 24hrs by a party monitoring service that tracks the number of guest on the premises. This ensures the integrity of the reservation and commitment to the rules of the house. <br /><br />It is important to note that there are three cameras on the outside front of the house, facing the entrance, sides to monitor the comings and goings of the property, another monitoring the restricted area on the side of the house and lastly the only camera inside the house is in the game/exercise room. These are to ensure that any damage and issues regarding neglect are documented and recorded.<br /><br />You are responsible for any damage caused to the house or the items in the home or yourself/guest. If you happen to cause harm, please let me ASAP, and I am happy to work with you. Finding out after the fact and at the point of your check-out, means that there is less time to repair before the next guest arrives. This tends to have an increased price attached to the service due to the need to be expedited.<br /><br />If you see any damage that should be noted, please send it to me on the day of your arrival. The cleaners will take pictures of any damage upon your check out, and your deposit will be used to repair the damage.<br /><br />Besides the standard rules of the rentals, these are fundamental rules to be made aware of: <br /><br />1) No Smoking in the house, including the game/exercise room. If this is done, you will be given a one-star review, and a cleaning service will be hired for deep cleaning at an added cost of $450.<br /><br />2) Quiet Hours 10 pm-8 am Daily - Should there be any disruptions by my guests and the neighbors call me, I will cancel the reservation and ask the group to leave. <br /><br />3) Hottub - Please be sure to turn down the heat and cover when not in use. Please follow the rules posted, and children under 13 are not allowed. <br /><br />4) AC - Please do not use with the doors and windows open. <br /><br />5) Xbox - Please be sure to put the games and controllers back in the drawers. If you need help to set this up, please let me know.<br /><br />6) Fitness Room Rules - People under eighteen must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No food or beverages allowed in the fitness area, no glass in the fitness area. For guest use only, Wipe down equipment after use, No wet bathing suits or bare feet, Use equipment at your own risk, owner assumes no liability for injuries or accidents that may occur. Report faulty equipment to Justin @ 415-202-4921.<br /><br />7) Billard Table - DO NOT sit or lean on the pool table, place beverages or food on pool tables, use pool cue as Light Sabers. DO chalk your cue tip every couple of shots, return cues and balls to the wall rack when finished.
