Please note on occasions, hosts may require access to garage only ( for use of washing machine and dryer located in garage to complete laundry. Hosts may also park a car or cars as needed in the garage. If access to garage is needed, hosts will inform guests and access garage via the external garage door. There will be a $25 set up and take down fee. <br /><br />Outdoor Gas BBQ- the outdoor gas BBQ grille is provided for your convenience. Please use it wirh care and leave it clean after use. We recommend using foil on the grill so the cleaning is easy. The host is not responsible for providing gas. If the gas cylinder is empty, please exchange at local gas station or Home Depot store.<br /><br /> Exterior Security Cameras- there are 4 Exterior Cameras in the property. These are located at 1. Front door, 2. Garage Door-for driveway, 3. Rear Patio entrance 4 Back garden. Please note guest privacy is paramount and regular footage is not accessed. Cameras are installed for security purposes only and footage will only be accessed in the event of security incidents or complaints received due to noise levels and/or unauthorized large parties /gatherings occurring. <br /><br />ADT ALARM SYSTEM- ADT system contains an indoor ADT Command unit. This is the alarm keypad. The ADT unit DOES NOT HAVE A VIDEO CAMERA. Only images taken of persons inputting the codes to operate the alarm system. Alarm is only used by host. The alarm is only used when the property is unoccupied and host can turn on/turn off alarm remotely.<br /><br />SOFA BED /Extra Bedding- Please inform host should you need the cleaners to pull out and make the sofa bed as a bed with bedding, pillows etc. There will be a $25 charge for cleaners to set up/put down and clean extra linen for the use of the sofa bed.
