Welcome! We lovingly refer to this fun, modern condo as our Luxe Lodge! It's light filled, cozy and is waiting for you to enjoy the original hardwood floors, spacious cook's kitchen, open floor plan and wooded back patios. It's the perfect home base to explore the lush landscape of Mt. Tam, Muir Woods and everything Marin has to offer. Plus it's an easy walk to several of Mill Valley's best shops and restaurants: The Lumber Yard - 10 minutes, Downtown Mill Valley - 15 minutes.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The Luxe Lodge is a two bedroom, two bathroom upstairs condo. It has been recently remodeled with all new appliances, fixtures and finishes. It's an open space with an easy flow between kitchen, dining room and living room. Both bedrooms are nice size with the primary bedroom boasting a cozy reading nook and en suite bathroom. There is also a small dedicated work space off the kitchen flooded with natural light and a perfect location to take an occasional work call or get some writing done while away.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will have a dedicated space for one car on the left side of the building. There is also plenty of street parking.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />The Luxe Lodge is on a busier Mill Valley street so there is some street noise from passing cars and people. Also the condo is the second floor of a duplex with access to the condo up an inside flight of stairs. The top of the stairs is open to the living space. The condo may not be suitable for guests with young children.
