You will not be disappointed by the comfort, spaciousness, and high-end features of our condo as a home base while enjoying the splendors of Maui.<br /><br />Nestled between the Wailea Blue golf course and the Wailea Tennis Club, amenities abound for your stay in Grand Champions Villas in Wailea. Very spacious and meticulously updated, our 1 bedroom, 2 full-bath top floor condo overlooks the resort style "serenity pool" for adults, with garden and peek-a-boo ocean views. The spacious lanai is perfect for your morning cup of coffee in paradise! (PLEASE NOTE: there is one flight of stairs to reach our 2nd floor condo. No elevator available).<br /><br />Our kitchen provides everything needed for your home away from home! Top tier upgrades include kitchen and bath tiling, granite counter tops, bamboo cabinetry, and Bosch 800 appliances (including induction cooktop, microwave/convection oven, dishwasher). The granite and bamboo renovations continue into the bathrooms, with beautifully tiled showers. Two high efficiency AC units in the living room and master bedroom will ensure temperatures remain comfortable during the evenings. The living room does have a sofa bed, creating the possibility for sleeping 4 guests, if desired.<br /><br />You can access the Wailea Tennis Club and renowned Wailea Blue Golf Course with a short stroll. Both are available for guest use, with the Wailea Blue golf course offering discounted rates for guests of Grand Champions. The tennis club has daily adult and child tennis clinics, hosts periodic tournaments, and personal instruction is also available. <br /><br />When it comes to shopping, the Wailea Villages is right around the corner. In addition, the renowned Shops at Wailea offer fabulous upscale shopping and dining options, only a short scenic stroll away!<br /><br />Ulua and Wailea beaches are the two closest to our condo, both offering the best of Maui's sun, sand, and beautiful waters. While they are within walking distance, using a car may be more comfortable. Ulua has been named one of the Top 10 Most Beautiful Beaches in America and Wailea Beach has been named one of the Top 10 Beaches in Hawaii. Also, if you have a larger group, ask us about our 2-bedroom ocean view condo in lower Kihei, sleeps 6).<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Condo access is via your personally generated electronic door code for your stay.<br /><br />Entire condo is yours to enjoy. Guests have access to both complex pools, hot tubs, and outdoor grill spaces.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Check in and Check out times are very important to accomodate all of our guests. As we often have guests departing the same morning as a new arrival, we need to allow adequate time for our housekeeper to thoroughly clean the unit. <br /><br />If you will require early Check-in or a late Check-out due to flight arrival or departure times, we encourage you to reserve/book the condo starting the night prior to your arrival or book the night of your late flight departure.<br /><br />There are shops, restaurants, and beaches within walking distance of our condo.
