Unit has a Cali King Bed for maximum comfort plus smart TV and cable hookup. Located minutes away from shopping and restaurants.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Contains a California King size bed, a full kitchen, a small living & dining area, large lanai, TV, cable, Wifi. Included are towels, beach towels, beach chairs, a small cooler, linens, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Cooking utensils are provided as well. Note: No snorkeling gear is provided due to sanitary reasons.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests will have access to entire ground which includes shared bbq grill, pool, tennis court, and jacuzzi. These are accessible with included pool key in unit. There's also a shared laundry room in the apartment complex.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />- This unit is located on the 2nd floor with one flight of stairs(no turns, please see picture in listing), there's no elevator in the building<br /><br />- Parking is FREE at the complex with no assigned parking, you need to hang the parking pass on the mirror at all times<br /><br />- Fully equipped updated kitchen with stainless-steel appliances<br /><br />- Beach towels, beach chairs and a small cooler is provided <br /><br />- We prefer under 5 nights of reservation. Anything longer than that is subject to our approval. <br /><br />- Checking in time is after 3PM and Check out time is before 11AM<br />We can try to accommodate an earlier check in or a later check out ONLY if there is no bookings before and/or after your booking. When there is booking before and/or after, there is only 4 hours of window for the cleaner to come and clean the place. The cleaner does not live in the building.<br /><br />- Please DO NOT use the white towels as cleaning rags. We do not like charging our guests with anything that is damaged. So, please help us to keep the place economical for everyone. Please use the paper towel provided to clean.
