Furnished 1 bdrm with ocean views, full kitchen, bathroom and lanai one block away from the famous Kuhio beach. The place has 2 Queen beds, a sofa/daybed in the living room, Wifi available and A/C. You or your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The overall condo living space is about 530 square feet.<br /><br />LIVING ROOM / KITCHEN <br />The kitchen is fully stocked, with appliances included, and dishes are provided, including a rice cooker and kettle for hot water. Also, there is a starter kit with dish soap, dish towels, coffee, tea, plus sugar. If you run out, there is a small convenience store located on the lobby floor. There are many ABC stores within the proximity of the area. <br /><br />The living room has plenty of seating areas and a round table to sit at to enjoy a meal. In addition, there is a daybed for sleeping.<br /><br />BEDROOM/BATHROOM<br />The bedroom area has two queen-size beds. TV 📺 in the bedroom and a sliding door to separate the living room from the bedroom. Bedsheets, linens, and pillows are provided. <br /><br />The bathroom has a shower. There are towels, toilet paper, and small guest toiletries provided. <br /><br />LANAI <br />The lanai has seating chairs where you can enjoy the views. To the left, you have the ocean view, in front, the Waikiki city view, and to the right, there are the canal and mountain views. No smoking or vaping allowed. Fines will apply if you violate this rule. For safety, if you have children, be attentive at all times and preferably do not let them out in the lanai. <br /><br />TRASH ROOM<br />There is a trash room on every floor by the laundry room. From the apartment, the trash room is located on the right side of the hall. <br /><br />LAUNDRY ROOM<br />The room is located on the same floor at the end of the opposite side of the hall. It is coin-operated. <br /><br />RECREATION DECK<br />The pool, jacuzzi and saunas are community and located on the 6th floor of the building of tower one. If you have children, it is your responsibility to always keep and eye on them and everyone must follow the pool rules. <br /><br />BUILDING<br />There are two towers, and my property is located in Tower 1. There is a coffee shop, snacks, and a pastry shop on the lobby floor. As well as an ATM, coin change machine, convenience store, and fish pond. Please note that there is construction going on, and out of my control. Also, be mindful that during busy times, the elevators can be slow and crowded.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Self Checkin with door key code provided by host. If you checkin after 8pm, the parking garage doors will be close and you will need to grab the keys with the parking pass to access the doors in the garage.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />When you arrive at the location, let the Security guard know you are checking-in and need to get the parking pass from the room. After checking out, please be sure to leave the Parking pass in the room. DO NOT TAKE with you or you will have to pay $50 for the pass. <br /><br />For early check-in, there is a small fee of $50.
