Enjoy hardwood floors, a spacious kitchen, built-in laundry, a sparkling bathtub and high-speed internet.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The apartment is approx. 475 sq. ft, cozy and warm! We have thoughtfully placed many practical and functional amenities within. Our space truly feels both spacious and like a "home away from home". You will find a new washer and dryer, range and oven, microwave, large food-prep area, coffee maker, iron/board and dinner/stem-ware at your fingertips. Linens, towels and toiletries are of course provided. There’s a backyard to relax in (communal) and parks are within walking distance. We are located on the first floor in arguably the downtown’s best location!<br /><br />Our apartment is located on the bottom floor of a two-story building. There'a a 3 bedroom/2 bath space that I also rent above. The apartment is off the street, located in the back of the building. The front of the building has two luxe beauty salons attached.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests enter through their separate and private entrance with their own key and can enjoy the communal outdoor space as well. Having said that, most guests are busy exploring our little “village” and the entire Bay Area as well because we’re conveniently located between San Francisco and the Wine Country.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Our apartment is on the first floor of our two-story building and we can hear footsteps from the upstairs hardwood floors and general activity from usual living activity.
