A pack-n-play crib is available. <br />Features full kitchen, private ground-floor patio, a large backyard, and laundry facilities. <br />Walk 2 minutes to Mama's beach and the luxurious Mama's Fish House restaurant. <br />See turtles and play in the ocean year-round in the tidepool. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, and sand toys provided. <br /><br />NO AC: No air conditioning, but the fans and tradewinds keep the breeze moving. <br /><br />Enjoy tropical views of the backyard, coconut trees, and a charming beach neighborhood. Dine outdoors on the patio. No smoking on the property. <br /><br />Zero-waste shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion are provided. Bath towels, beach towels, and hair dryer are provided. The walk-in shower features a waterfall head. Shower seat provided on request. <br /><br />New kitchen appliances: electric range, microwave, fridge, dishwasher. Make coffee at home with the French press coffee maker, kettle, and complimentary coffee grounds. Insulated bottles, Brita filter, cooler, and freezer packs are provided. That's why I designed the condo to be a seamless, easy way to make sustainable decisions. The principles are in the details: all-cotton linens, restored wood furniture, stainless steel cookware. It started on day one of renovation– recycling building materials, choosing energy-efficient appliances, and sourcing locally. The mission continues daily, together. As guests and host, we reduce water and energy waste, support local businesses, compost food scraps, and clean with gentle products. Thanks for being a part of something bigger.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The entire condo unit to yourself...<br />Ground floor level gives easy access and expanded sense of space to the shared backyard.<br />Beach access: Private gate for easy walking to the beach. Access beach and ocean at your own risk. <br /><br />Laundry: Coin washers & dryers in shared laundry house.<br /><br />Parking: One reserved parking stall directly outside the unit. Please inquire for additional temporary day-time parking.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING – The tropical Hawaiian climate can be warm and humid. Two ceiling fans, a floor fan and the natural tradewinds keep the breeze moving.<br /><br />Potential for noise – The condominium is next to Hāna Highway, so there is street noise, especially in the bedroom. Closing the windows and turning on the fan dampens the noise. Walls and ceiling are cement, making it quiet from the surrounding neighbors. <br /><br />Presence of insects - Hawaiʻi is a tropical environment; therefore, there may be insects year-round. Spot treatment is done as needed in safe areas. Building maintenance includes quarterly outdoor spraying. Please store all food & drinks in the fridge or sealed containers, and clean up crumbs and spills thoroughly. Keep the screen door closed to keep out flying insects. There is a flyswatter hanging by the sliding door and insect spray under the sink. No refunds or adjustments for pest control issues. I’ll be happy to help if a problem needs attention. <br /><br />No smoking building - Smoking/ vaping is not allowed indoors or outdoors near the building.<br /><br />Beach access via the neighborhood is not ADA-accessible and can be steep and slippery.
