The apartment has fast, fiber wifi making it ideal for working from home.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />No pets allowed. No smoking. No parties. No candles. Fireplace is not operational.<br /><br />Steps: There are 30 steps to get into the house from the street, and the house is on the lower incline of a hill. If you have heavy luggage you'll need to be physically fit to come up the stairs.<br /><br />Children: be aware the house is not child-proof. Outlets are uncovered, there's a stairway, and windows have no bars.<br /><br />TV: there is no TV<br /><br />Quiet time: This is a two-unit building with neighbors downstairs. We all respect quiet time from 10pm - 7am. <br /><br />Parking: There is no parking attached to the condo (and please don't park in the driveway as our neighbors use it frequently). There is free street parking about a 10-15 minute walk away.
