While there is no guaranteed or assigned parking stall, 20 guest parking stalls are available in the building’s lobby level parking garage on a first-come, first-served basis. (No oversized vehicles.) If guest stalls are full, paid street parking is available nearby on Kapahulu Avenue (1 minute walk), and it's free between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. There is also free street parking on the ocean side of Kalakaua Ave. and Monsarrat Ave. (3-5 minute walk.)<br /><br />Please note: This building does not have a pool, but the beach is just a short walk away.
