Locate in prime residential area in midtown Palo Alto. It was customized designed and constructed w high end materials and craftsmandetails a few years ago, and was kept vacant to May 2025. The house is very well maintained inside out. The tree line neighborhood is very peaceful, quiet and safe. This room will share a luxury bathroom w another two roommates, whole unit could accommodate four people (one person is a bedroom) at the most for the best quality of living experience. <br /><br />Based on past year statistics, the guests living here were the interns to local IT companies or visiting scholars to Stanford. No matter how many guests living here, it is very quiet since everyone leaves early in the morning, come back late at night, and continue their study or work in their rooms before going to sleep.
