There are extra bedrooms and bathrooms available if you needed more space to sleep up to 16 people. Please inquire to see if those spaces are available. <br /><br />There is reserved parking for 3 cars. If you know anything about Lanikai, you know that this is extremely rare.<br /><br />On the first floor, there are 3 private bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms have 3 queen beds. On the second floor is the master bedroom with a king bed and the master bathroom. There is also a second living area on the second floor pull-out sofa and TV. <br /><br />The backyard is massive and has a seating area, tiki bar, picnic table, and lots of grass to run around in!<br /><br />All bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked with towels, linens, blow dryers, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper. <br /><br />The kitchen is fully stocked with a stove, oven, dishwasher, utensils, plates, cups, coffee maker, pots, pans, and just about everything else you might need!<br /><br />There is a property manager who lives on property in a private section with her own entrance. The property manager is meant to assist with emergencies and to help with any questions.
