We care about your safety & security. We do not permit any video security devices inside our homes.<br />• Pet-Friendly: 1-2 dogs allowed with pre-approval and an additional fee. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).<br /><br />Permit: 332610<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will have access to the entire home. A closet or two may be locked for the owner's belongings.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />DO NOT BOOK THIS HOME WITHOUT READING AND AGREEING TO THE HOUSE RULES:<br />- The maximum number of people allowed in the home is as follows: 12 for families including children under 13 years old, 10 for individuals over 13 years old.<br />- The maximum number of cars allowed at this home is 3 in the driveway. There is no parking on street or unpaved yard.<br />- You must be 25 years of age or older to book this home. The person booking this home must be one of the guests during the entire stay.<br />- The City of South Lake Tahoe Vacation Rental Ordinance mandates quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and are strictly enforced.<br />- Pets: Dogs are allowed in this home with pre-approval and payment of pet fee. Dogs must never be allowed in bedrooms or on any furniture. Dogs must be on a leash when outside the home. Bring a crate if you plan to leave the dog unattended. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture/beds, pet stains, dog droppings that are not picked up, and any damage caused by your dog.<br />- Exceeding occupancy, parking, or violating the quiet hours will result in eviction and fines of $2000 or more.<br />- Check out time is 10:00am, you will be charged an additional fee if you do not vacate the home by this time. (See our Rental Agreement for specifics on charges).<br />- Our RnR Advantage Plan is included within the management fee quoted in your booking.
