For guest safety, our electric bear-deterrent system is installed above the front door.<br /><br />Please follow these steps:<br /><br />Turn the green control switch to OFF when you arrive<br />Remove the bungee cords and place them back on the hooks when you leave<br />Never touch or step over the cords while powered<br />Turn the system back ON before departure (green light means active)<br /><br />This helps protect both guests and Tahoe wildlife.
