Four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and thoughtfully designed spaces to sleep, fuel, and gear up so your group can hit the ground running from day one.<br /><br />The open-concept main living area brings everyone together: a fully equipped chef's kitchen with quality appliances and everything you need to prep a real meal, a dining space built for gathering, and a comfortable living room to wind down after long days outside. Our kitchen isn't an afterthought. Its the heart of our home and ready for everything from early-morning coffee before first chair to post-hike meals to refuel for the next day<br /><br />Each of the four bedrooms has its own bath (plus a shared half bath off the main living area), so whether you're traveling with family or splitting the house between two couples or a crew of friends, everyone has space and privacy.<br /><br />What sets this home apart is its purpose-built infrastructure for active travel: dedicated ski and bike storage in the garage so your gear stays organized and protected, space to dry out after a powder day, and a smart layout that handles the logistical reality of getting 8 people out the door and onto the mountain.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />About Lake Trail Lodge, hosted by Modern Mountain Vacations:<br /><br />Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire home, including all 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, the full kitchen, living and dining areas, garage and backyard outdoor space. The ski and bike storage area is fully available in the garage for your gear throughout your stay.<br /><br />Self check-in with a smart lock makes arrival easy regardless of whenever you arrive to Tahoe!<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Please take your shoes off upon entering Lake Trail Lodge.<br /><br />While we love animals, no pets are allowed at this home!<br /><br />Quietly hours are 10pm-8am.<br /><br />Guests must verify identity (aged 25 years or older) and complete a rental agreement and good neighbor contract upon booking.
