Ideal for a mid-size family or a small group of friends, with easy access to outdoor adventure, shops and restaurants.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The main living space is warm and inviting with new hardwood floors, vaulted beamed ceilings, and comfortable seating. A working wood fireplace has a gorgeous stone feature that becomes the focal point of the living room and sets the stage for a cosy ambiance in any season. Relax on the couch and turn on the smart TV to continue your favourite series or enjoy a movie together. The living room has a sliding glass door that provides access to the balcony outfitted with patio furniture, a bird feeder and most importantly...a beautiful view.<br /><br />Back inside, the kitchen is fully equipped with a full suite of appliances and all the kitchenware you may need to whip up one of your signature dishes! A toaster, drip coffee maker, and blender are also available for your convenience. <br /><br />The staircase off the living room will lead you to the trendy loft upstairs that is ideal as an additional bedroom with its own ensuite 3 piece bathroom . <br /><br />Additionally the lower level has two roomy bedrooms, a full bathroom equipped with a bath shower combo, and a washer and dryer closet as well. <br /><br />The home sleeps 6 guests comfortably between 3 bedrooms. <br />Master bedroom: Queen bed<br />2nd bedroom: 2 single beds<br />3rd bedroom (loft): double bed<br /><br />Additionally, two full bathrooms are fully stocked to serve guests and ensure everyone has a pleasant stay. <br /><br />THINGS TO NOTE:<br /><br />The home has parking space in the driveway for one vehicle. Overflow parking for additional vehicles also available.<br /><br />A washer/dryer in the condo are available for guest use. <br /><br />There is a ski locker right across from the front door to store skis/snowboards. No skis and snowboards are permitted to be brought into the condo due to potential water and other damage.<br /><br />Electrical panel/Circuit Breaker located behind the door to the bedroom with the twin beds.<br /> <br />Water Shut-off valve is on the floor in the bedroom with the twin beds. The tool to shut off the water valve is hanging from the coat rack.<br /> <br />Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors are located on each level.<br /> <br />Fire extinguishers are located on each level.<br /> <br />Fireplace: close the flue when not in use or the warm air will escape.<br /> <br />Ski/snowboard storage lockers are outside directly in front of the front door.<br /> <br />Internet access:<br />Pool and tennis courts access gate code is 1226<br /><br />The home is located in The Villas, a private community that offers several amenities exclusive to guests including; on-site tennis courts, a seasonal heated pool, sauna, and more! Being on the west of Lake Tahoe’s northern shore, the proximity of the home gives plenty of opportunity for water activities and excursions during the summer. In the cooler months, hit the slopes at Homewood Resort, the closest resort to Lake Tahoe (just 280 steps to be exact). The resort offers several runs featuring “peak to shore skiing”, dining options, and once-in-a-lifetime views. Also within 15-minutes is Olympic Valley, home of the 1960 Winter Games. The unique terrain offers outdoor enjoyment in any season with several hiking trails, bike paths, paintball, and more! Over a dozen noteworthy dining options can be enjoyed in Tahoe Downtown City, just a 5-minute car ride away!<br /><br />Visitors flock here especially to ski and snowboard on dramatic slopes that seem to fall into the abyss of the lake's cobalt blue water. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.<br /><br />Our cleaners travel from great lengths and have tight schedules and therefore will arrive right at 11am. Failure to abide our check-out policy may result in fees.<br /><br />Other things to note:<br />This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.<br />---<br /><br />This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.<br /><br />As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. <br /><br />Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. <br /><br />There is nothing more important to us than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to clean.<br /><br />IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.<br /><br />We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.<br /><br />Guest access<br />Guests have full access to the condo. There maybe one closet locked up for the owners personal items.<br /><br />Only 2 cars are permitted and parking passes must be hanging from the rear view mirror.
